| 12-22-08 Rick Hawkes from NC reports in an email, "Just wanted to say hello and let you know the birds I got last spring are doing well. They are growing like crazy! The Good News is one of the Hens I got from you won Best of Breed and Reserve American out of a good size class at the SandPiper APA show in Orangeburg , SC. | On 10-30-09 we received a wonderful update from Sher Jennings of WA Sher bought a group of baby chicks from Maria's Jersey Giants (Maria Hall) in May of 2009. She reported today that the Blue Jersey giant pullet was awarded Champion American breed and the Blue Jersey giant cockeral that she purchased from me was awarded Reserve Champion Blue Jersey giant cockeral on October 17-18, 2009. This was the 2009 Northwest Winter Classic sponsored by the Pacific Northwest Poultry Assoc. The show took place at the Skamania Co. Fairgrounds in Stevenson, WA. GREAT JOB SHER!!
